High Ridge Park Awarded Regional 'TOBY' Award from BOMA: Six-building Office Wins for 'Low Rise Suburban Office Park' in Middle Atlantic Region

In October 2007, High Ridge Park Corporate Center received the local TOBY award by Southern Connecticut BOMA in the category of "Low Rise Suburban Office Park," which groups office properties outside the central business district, containing two or more buildings, one to five stories high, on more than five acres. Following that achievement, the park entered into the regional level of the competition in the same category. BOMA's Middle Atlantic Region consists of the states of Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, as well as the metropolitan areas of Washington DC and Virginia.

The TOBY award is one of the most prestigious and comprehensive award programs of its kind in commercial real estate, recognizing quality in office buildings and awarding excellence in office building management, operation efficiency, tenant retention, emergency planning and community impact.

George Comfort & Sons, High Ridge Park Corporate Center property owner and manager, will accept the regional award at the Middle Atlantic Regional Conference on April 25 at Foxwoods Resort Casino.
